Best Publication by a young researcher
The Swiss Lung Association awards an annual prize of CHF 10’000 for the best published paper in the field of clinical and respiratory research, as well as epidemiology, diagnosis, disease management and translational research. This award is targeted at people at the early stages of their research career. The award will be announced at the Swiss Respiratory Society’s annual congress. Authors wishing to be considered must meet the criteria on the guidelines list as well as the corresponding checklist.
Best publication by a young researcher 2019 prize is awarded by the Swiss Lung Association Research Fund to Aurélien Trompette, Department of Pneumology, CHUV Lausanne for his publication titled «Dietary fiber confers protection against influenza by shaping Ly6cneg patrolling monocyte hematopoiesis and CD8+ T cell metabolism» published in «Immunity».
Best publication by a young researcher 2018 prize is awarded by the Swiss Lung Association Research Fund to Rebecca Blom, University of Bern, Department of Clinical Research for her publication titled «Pulmonary Delivery of Virosome-Bound Antigen Enhances Antigen-Specific CD4+ T Cell Proliferation Compared to Liposome-Bound or Soluble Antigen» published in «Frontiers in Immunology».
Best publication by a young researcher 2017 prize is awarded by the Swiss Lung Association Research Fund to Esther Irene Schwarz, University Hospital Zurich, Division of Pneumology and Sleep Disorders Centre for her publication titled «Effects of CPAP therapy withdrawal on exhaled breath pattern in obstructive sleep apnoea».
